The Hooper-Lee-Nichols House – headquarters of the Cambridge Historical Society – will be open to the public on Sunday, July 2nd, from 12 noon to 1pm, for a brief guided tour of this local treasure. The second-oldest house in Cambridge, it reveals a glimpse into Cambridge’s past with the original 17th-century fireplace, a look into the Revolutionary War with a Stamp Act stamp, a full room beautifully renovated by Joseph Everett Chandler, and much more.
